Return& Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Period:
Exchanges are allowed within 3 to 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Return Period: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product only.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original invoice/receipt must be provided.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
4. Exclusions:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Shipping Fees:
- If the order is not as requested by the customer or defective, the company covers the shipping cost in full.
- If the order is as requested by the customer and not defective, the customer bears the shipping cost.
